From dental technician to entrepreneur and investor
Giuseppe is a trained dental technician. At the age of 23, he founded his first company, a dental laboratory. His work earned him recognition as Hesse's Best Entrepreneur in his field. At 28, he successfully sold the company.
Following the exit, Giuseppe moved into financial services, where he built his own sales organization. His focus was on recruitment, leadership and building successful teams. He went on to become the company's number one performer and remained in this role until 2013.
In 2014, Giuseppe founded AppCareer and shifted his focus to investments and the development of new business models. Since then, he has invested in companies and projects across a range of industries. In 2018, he also hosted “Wege zum Erfolg” (“Paths to Success”) on regional television in Germany’s Rhine-Main area.
In 2026, Giuseppe returned to actively building a sales organization with NEX – Die Unternehmerschmiede. As a trainer, he also shares his experience with coaches and entrepreneurs through the Level-Up Masterclass.
